If you have landed on this site for the first time, here is something you might like to know: this blog is a phoenix, risen from the ashes of a previous online diary, which perished in the flames of website re-design in August 2010, and was not reborn until November.
In the interim, twenty new blog posts had been compiled, waiting for the launch date. Feeling somewhat sentimental about the previous online diary, it was decided that all those posts should also appear on this site as an archive. As a result, Food, Life and All That has hit the ground running, in that it has sprung to life with 450+ posts. Is this a record, I wonder?
Record or not, the fact is that this is a new blog, and has hardly been around long enough for anyone to have seen it, hence the absence of commentary. 460-odd posts without a comment – now that must be a record. The question is: who will be brave enough to make the first one?
